Atlantic Pacific Marine is proud to announce the promotions of Daniel Jennings to Business Development Director and Zoe Whiteley to Strategy Director.

These appointments mark an exciting step in APM’s development, recognising the experience, dedication and contribution both Daniel and Zoe bring to the business. With more than two decades of combined service, they have helped shape the company’s progress and will play key roles in supporting its future.

Daniel Jennings- Business Development Director

Having recently celebrated 10 years with APM, Daniel has made a significant contribution to the company’s growth through his commitment to building strong relationships across the marine industry.

During his time as Business Development Manager, his industry knowledge and positive approach have helped strengthen customer relationships and create new opportunities for the business. His understanding of APM’s services and customers’ needs provides a strong foundation for his new role.

As Business Development Director, Daniel will continue to develop these relationships, explore new opportunities and support the company’s commercial growth. Working closely with colleagues across the business, he will help ensure that APM’s capabilities continue to meet the evolving needs of its customers.

Zoe Whiteley- Strategy Director

Zoe joined APM 13 years ago and has developed extensive knowledge of the business through a role spanning finance, HR, operational support and strategic planning.

As Office Manager, she has worked closely with departments across APM, supporting financial reporting, forecasting and the processes that underpin day-to-day operations. Her contribution has also extended to improving the employee experience, including helping introduce the four-day working week and a comprehensive employee healthcare plan.

Her promotion to Strategy Director recognises this breadth of experience and her commitment to continuous improvement. In her new role, Zoe will focus on APM’s long-term direction, financial planning, funding and business improvements, helping ensure the company has the resources and processes to support its ambitions.

Building on strong foundations

Daniel and Zoe’s appointments reflect APM’s commitment to recognising talent and developing leadership from within the business. Their complementary experience brings together a focus on customer relationships and commercial opportunities with strategic planning and organisational development.

Both will continue working closely with their teams and fellow directors, building on established relationships and maintaining the collaborative approach that supports APM’s work.
