This month, we’re proud to celebrate a significant milestone for one of our valued team members Mandy Morgan, who has reached 10 years of service with the company.

Mandy first joined us in 2015, starting out in the travel department, where she played a key role in booking travel for various projects and large dry docks. Her attention to detail and ability to manage complex arrangements made her a standout from the very beginning.

In January 2022, Mandy followed her passion for problem solving and finance, making a seamless transition into the finance department. Since then, she has taken on a range of critical responsibilities including invoicing, credit control, payroll, and managing project budgets. Her adaptability, reliability, and commitment to excellence have made a lasting impact across the business.

Her manager Zoe Whiteley, describes how “Mandy’s always the first to offer support when someone needs it. She’s dependable, resourceful, and a pleasure to work with, we’re lucky to have her!”. That sentiment is echoed by many across the company who have had the pleasure of working with her.

Mandy brings with her over 25 years of experience in the marine engineering industry, giving her a deep understanding of the sector and the challenges it presents.
