Deram Clarke and Zoe Whiteley achieved their ’10 years of service’ milestones last month.

Deram initially started out with APM working onboard some of the first projects and refits as a store keeper. Subsequently Deram was introduced to the shoreside operations in the first Cardiff head office. Deram has been a continual member of the logistics team and during this time has covered a vast range of responsibilities including processing of incoming and outgoing goods, purchasing and tracking, shipping goods and general office maintenance. Deram is also fire marshall and first aider trained.

Zoe initially started as an office administrator and assisted with purchasing, logistics and travel booking. Following this Zoe progressed onto the role of a Finance Administrator where main duties were payroll, invoicing and credit control. Zoe was later promoted to the role of Office Manager where by she is responsible for administration teams in both the UK and US offices. Zoe also manages the company finances and human resources. Zoe is an original member of the Senior Management Team which began in 2018. In 2022 Zoe graduated from the University of Essex with a MSc in Business and Human Resources a degree which was supported by APM.

APM operate a recognition of service award throughout the company. This is in order to acknowledge the time, devotion and commitment employees show in order to hit these milestones.

APM would like to take this opportunity to thank Deram and Zoe for their respective contributions, commitment and loyalty to APM over the past 10 years. APM are looking forward to the future to watch both employees and the company grow from strength to strength in the coming years.
