Project: PS Shell Insert Plate

Project Overview: Remove existing shell insert place and replace with new.

Project Length: 6 weeks

Project Location: Savannah Yacht Center

Project Highlights:

• Removal of bilge pumps, pipework arrangements and frameworks.
• Remove existing bilge keel & shell plating.
• Form and roll new shell plating.
• Re-weld new shell insert plate.
• Testing requirements;
  • 100% NDT – Radiography (RT).
  • Vacuum box test.
• Re-installation of bilge pumps, pipework arrangements, frameworks and bilge keel.
